1. Data We Collect

We collect the following data from your Shopify store via the Shopify API and webhooks:

• Order data (order ID, amount, status, payment gateway)
• Customer email addresses (used to identify repeat vs one-time buyers)
• Product and inventory data
• Checkout events and abandoned cart data
• Storefront session data (via our optional JavaScript tracker)

2. How We Use Your Data

All data is used exclusively to provide revenue analytics and leakage detection features within the app. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored in a secured database hosted on your app server. Customer email addresses are stored in encrypted form where applicable and are only used for in-app analytics (repeat purchase detection, win-back candidate identification).

4. GDPR / Data Deletion

We comply with Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks:

• Customer data requests — we log the request and will provide data upon contact.
• Customer data deletion — customer email addresses are anonymised within 48 hours of receiving the webhook.
• Shop data deletion — all store data is permanently deleted within 48 hours after app uninstallation.

5. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect optional integrations (Google PageSpeed, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.), your API keys are stored encrypted and are only used to fetch data for your own dashboard. We do not share your API keys with any third party.
